HypnoBirthing

HypnoBirthing® - The Mongan Method, is an in depth birth preparation course that uses self-hypnosis and relaxation techniques to help a woman feel physically, mentally and spiritually prepared and reduce her awareness of fear, anxiety and pain during childbirth.

Through education, affirmations, breathing techniques, visualization and deep relaxation it teaches mothers how to work with their body and their innate birthing wisdom  and empower them on their journey into motherhood.

It is based on the philosophy that birth is a beautiful event that women achieve instinctively and intuitively and that all babies deserve to enter this world in a gentle atmosphere, and in calm and joy.
