Deliveries will be made on a weekday, and Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Once your items have been packed and sent, we estimate a delivery of 3-5 days depending on where you reside in the country. Rural or South Island addresses may take longer than this.

Please keep track of your parcel via the tracking number provided, if you have not received your parcel within 10 days of receiving your tracking information you can email us at cushla@earthandsoulmama.co.nz and we will follow this up with our parcel delivery company.
