Terms of Service
All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars.
Payments can be accepted by credit card, debit card or via direct credit into our bank account (New Zealand customers only).
Bags will not be packed or shipped until full payment has been received.
Due to the nature of our business, products are sourced on a ‘as needed basis’ and we only hold a limited number on site. For this reason, orders may take a little bit longer to get to you than standard courier parcels. This will also depend on demand at any particular time.
We aim to have your Bags shipped to you within 3-5 business days after an order has been placed but this could take up to 10 working days depending where in the country you reside. Please refer to our shipping guide for further information.
If for any reason there is an inaccuracy with our stock numbers or we are unable to source a particular product, we will contact you via the email address provided as soon as possible to offer a substitution. Alternatively we will happily refund you.
All items in each bag have been thoroughly checked over by us but on the rare occasion you find a fault in any of the items provided, please contact us immediately at cushla@earthandsoulmama.co.nz.
On return of the item, we will inspect it for the fault or damage concerned. If we deem it faulty and not affected by general wear and tear we will meet our requirements under the Consumers Guarantees Act.

Please note, late cancellations received may incur a processing and handling charge of $10 per bag if bags have already been packed and are ready to be shipped.

Please understand some of our products have been handmade and therefore could look or vary slightly to what is advertised on the website. This provides their uniqueness. If for any reason you believe the product does not match the description provided, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation.
All care is taken to make sure we are accurate in what we provide in our bags but we are only human so please understand mistakes can and do happen.
We reserve the right to update or change any details on this website or via social channels without prior notice. This can include but is not limited to: products, pricing and shipping costs.
